WHY ORDERS MAY BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES In the case of a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one can fulfill them the quickest. Alternatively, if an item is in high demand and slightly back-ordered, we might send your items at different times and in separate packages to avoid delays and ensure you receive them as quickly as possible.
WHEN ORDERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE DELIVERED Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination. Please allow 3 days for processing and 6 business days for shipping, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please email us immediately with your contact information, a photo of the address label, the tracking number, and your order number. Including your order number will help us quickly locate your order and resolve the issue. RWI will either replace the lost or damaged items or provide a refund. Customers must report lost or damaged orders within 7 days of the expected delivery date. After 7 days, we may not be able to replace or refund lost or damaged orders.
WHETHER CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES Customs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD. For orders within the United States, customs prices and taxes are included at checkout. However, for orders outside of the United States, please contact us at runningwildcorp@gmail.com before making your purchase to inquire about customs prices and taxes. Customs and taxes are beyond our control, and we want to ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth transaction.
